On July 7th, 2011, Apple changed the App Store Terms Of Service to include a "You & Yours" clause that states the following:
Section 1.2 in the iOS Program License Definitions says apps must be your own:
“You” and “Your” means and refers to the person(s) or legal entity (whether the company, organization, educational institution, or governmental agency, instrumentality, or department) using the Apple Software or otherwise exercising rights under this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, You may authorize contractors to develop Applications on Your behalf, but any such Applications must be submitted under Your developer account.
Recently Apple began enforcing this clause with AppDesigner created Apps. As a result, AppDesigner.com has decided to stop offering our App Development Service in it's current form.
All License Plans are suspended until further notice. For more information, read this Hub post:
If you currently have an App published through AppDesigner.com, it will remain on the App Store, and you may still update the App.
The AppDesigner Software remains available for download.
